Hello,

Please can you help with iPad problem - At first I was able to log in normally, and to open both the app and web versions, but after a while neither version can be used on iPad. The app continues to load indefinitely, and web versions on iPad (both Chrome and Safari) simply do not open the page at all (connect.goalscape.com).

Many thanks,
Slaven

    Hello Slaven

    Welcome aboard!

On your iPad you should certainly be able to use the Goalscape Mobile app. If you are having trouble, please try uninstalling and reinstalling it, then sign in with your Goalscape username and password. If problems persist, please post again with details of the model of your iPad and the version of iOS that you are running (screenshots would also be very useful).

The full Goalscape Online web application runs on any major browser on any Windows or Mac desktop or laptop computer. Because it requires the latest Adobe Flash Player, the standard iOS Safari and Chrome browsers (which do not support Flash) will not run it.

In fact you can access the full Goalscape Online application, with the goal map UI, on your tablet if you use the free Puffin browser (search the App Store for 'Puffin'). Unlike standard mobile browsers, Puffin supports Flash applications, so the goal map UI works OK (although it is not perfect).

You will be pleased to know that we are developing Goalscape 3.0 as a fully functional cross-platform web app, using html5 and Javascript, along with technologies like Web Components. Watch out for announcements...

    Enjoy the journey!

    Richard
