Sorry you have had trouble – and for responding in English.
The error message you are seeing is because macOS 10.15 Catalina quarantines Adobe AIR. The solution is to unquarantine AIR: simple step-by-step instructions are on our Known Issues page under 'Issues with Adobe AIR under macOS Catalina'. (You may also find some useful information if you click the link in that error message.)
Once you have unquarantined AIR, you will be able to download and install the latest Adobe AIR; then your Goalscape Desktop update should work (and you can always download the latest version from our website).
