Adobe Air
I cannot open my Goalscape desktop as it tells me that the Adobe Air is damaged. I have uninstalled Adobe Air and tried reinstalling but it still tells me it's damaged. see the attached screengrab.

Hello Andrew
Sorry you have had trouble – thanks for sending that screenshot.
The reason for the 'damaged framework' error message is that your macOS 10.15 Catalina has quarantined AIR! So to allow AIR to run you need to unquarantine it. The full step-by-step instructions for doing this are on our Known Issues page under 'Issues with Adobe AIR under macOS Catalina'.
Keep achieving great goals – and stay safe
Richard

I followed all the instructions but to no avail. I quarantined and the uninstalled ( I couldn’t use the Uninstaller application as that was damaged too!) when I reloaded Adobe Air it would either say that this version is already installed or when I came to run it, it would just say it is damaged again see screen shots attached.
I don’t know what to do next???

Hello Andrew
Sorry you are still having trouble.
From your description it appears that the unquarantine process has not been completed.
In your first screenshot of the Terminal, it is prompting you to enter your system password (the one you use when you login to your account on that computer). When you enter your password there, the unquarantine should complete.
Once you have done so, at the Terminal prompt enter the following string (to avoid transcription errors you can C&P it from here or from the instructions on our Known Issues page:
ls -l@ ./Adobe\ AIR.framework/
That should return a report of the (now unquarantined) AIR environment – see the attached screenshot of how it appears on my Mac.
If you do not see something like that, your last screenshot indicates that you may need to 'update your account to use zsh' (by entering the `cshs...' string shown) – see also the details on the Apple knowledgebase: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208050.
Once AIR is unquarantined you will no longer see the 'damaged framework' and 'damaged Uninstaller' messages and the Goalscape Desktop installation (and future automatic updates) will run correctly.
All the best
Richard
