Log in takes me to my receipt and profile. Can't get to my Goalscape.
I can't get to my scape for some reason. It is frustrating me.

I had not downloaded Goalscape desktop. I'll try that next. I still cant access my Goalscape online, only the receipt and profile page.

Sorry you have had trouble.
I am glad to say that Goalscape Online has 100% uptime, with no server or connection problems: it is working fine in all our tests and we have not heard from anyone else having any problems.
You have a Goalscape Online Unlimited subscription (Goalscape Desktop is a separate product).
Please ensure that you are using the root URL for Online: connect.goalscape.com. If the URL in your address bar has any additional characters (especially any strings that start with '?') you can delete them.
As long as you have a good internet connection, nearly all issues in the client software can be resolved simply by refreshing the page. If that does not work for you, first ensure you have the latest Adobe Flash Player installed, then clear your cache, restart your browser and sign in again. You may still need to click to Allow Flash when you go to Online – see screenshot.
If that does not work for you, please post again with more details about the error you have encountered: screenshots are very helpful – and if an error message has a Details button please click it and C&P the full text here.

Please confirm the URL that appears in your address bar. It should be https://connect.goalscape.com (it may have a '#/goal/...' string following that root URL).
