Hi
I am trying to use the iOS app , it struggles to load, it only loads to password screen if you attempt to close the app, then on entering the username and password it just hangs.

Hi Rob
Thanks for the your feedback – sorry you are having trouble with the Goalscape Mobile iOS app.
We are aware of an issue where the app does not open correctly on initial startup (spinning 'Progress' wheel). If that is what you are seeing please try the following:
Uninstall the Goalscape Mobile app and reinstall it from the App Store
Start the app: if you still see the spinning 'Progress' wheel, switch to the Home screen, then back to the Goalscape Mobile app.
If that does not work for you, please provide more details of the problem you are encountering, ideally with a screenshot to illustrate what happens after you enter your username and password and tap 'Sign in'. Please also confirm your device (iPhone or iPad, and the version).
All the best
Richard

Hi
I’ve reloaded the app and on password screen I typed rather than add the password from keychain using face recognition, this seemed to do the trick
Thank you

Hi Robert
Splendid! Thanks for letting us know – and for the additional detail.
We will investigate adding support for the iPhone facial recognition password entry after we release Goalscape 3.0 (scheduled for the first part of this year).
Keep achieving great goals, stay safe – and have a marvellous '21!
Richard
