grey login field in Goalscape online
Hi Goalscape team,
sorry for bothering you with that, but today I was unable to access my projects. The login field in the Goalscape Online Windows app was greyed out as shown in the screenshot. Only re-installation of the tool brought me back, about which I am very happy. How to avoid repeating reinstallation in the long run; which mistake or trap did I tap in? Before I had switched internet connection, VPN, and resumed my laptop from sleeping mode; maybe some of these steps brought the app to struggle.

Command ⌘ instead of

Sorry you have had trouble – thanks for sending that screenshot.
There have been some issues with server connections and we have been doing some maintenance work today (Sunday) that may have affected your use of Goalscape Online. So if you are still seeing the 'blank screen' issue please restart the app: when you do so you may need to sign in again.
We are implementing a 'Refresh' button that will reload your workspace without requiring an app restart and we hope to include that feature in the next updates.
