Service Request Problem
I have been getting this error message intermittently all day:
Oops! Service request timeout has occurred.
If I keep tapping on the Retry button, the map starts to come back to the surface. Unusable today.
Anything I can try? I've closed and reopened a couple of times - twice lost data.

Command ⌘ instead of
Control ^ on Mac

Sorry you have had trouble – and for the slow response here.
We have seen a huge influx of new users and have had to upgrade the Goalscape Online server to accommodate the increased load. Any interruptions to server connection while we complete the work will be brief; and any issues with the client app should be resolved by restarting it (we are implementing a 'Refresh' button to reload the workspace without requiring a restart and hope to include that in the next updates).
