When I log in it sends me to the payment page, and I already paid until June 2021

From your description it appears that you are logging in to our Payment Portal (using https://www.goalscape.com/payments/portal or https://www.goalscape.com/accounts/login).
If you were trying to access the Goalscape Online cloud solution, you need to use the new Goalscape Online app. You can download it from the Goalscape Online webpage – that page will recognize your OS and present the appropriate installer (Windows or Mac).
When the Goalscape Online app starts, you can sign in with your Goalscape credentials – exactly as you did in the browser-based application. All your Online projects are still on our secure servers, so they will appear on your workspace (or, if Closed, will be accessible from your User Projects List under the Home tab).
You can also install the new app for the separate Goalscape Desktop standalone software from our Download page – the Goalscape Desktop app installers are in the lower box there.
When the Goalscape Desktop app starts, you will see the Welcome screen (with options to Try, Activate or Buy), where you enter your Goalscape credentials to Activate the installation permanently on that machine, exactly as you have done before.
If you have the old Goalscape Desktop AIR Application (up to version 2.9) installed on your computer, to avoid confusion you should Uninstall that old application: it will appear as 'Goalscape' in your Programs/Applications folder (the new apps are identified as 'Goalscape Online' and 'Goalscape Desktop').
