Goalscape and Adobe air
I have been using Goalscape for some time and recently it won’t load up saying that it needs Adobe Air. I have followed the instructions to download it but I can’t seem to find a way to launch it after it has downloaded. Any ideas/suggestions?

Hello Steve
Sorry you have had trouble.
On a Mac the Goalscape Desktop app is installed in your Applications folder, so you can always start it by double-clicking its icon in that folder.
When the Goalscape Desktop app starts you will see the Welcome screen, where you can Activate the installation with your Goalscape username and password, exactly as you have done before. All your existing Desktop projects (.gsp files) will open in the new app.
While Goalscape Desktop is running you can pin its shortcut to the Dock to make it easy to open in future: right-click its icon in the dock and select Options > Keep in Dock.
To avoid confusion you can also Uninstall the old AIR application completely: it is identified as 'Goalscape' – just drag that icon from Applications to Trash (and remove its icon from the Dock). Please note that the new app is identified as 'Goalscape Desktop'.
Keep achieving great goals – and stay safe!
Richard
