I'm a paying customer from a long time ago.

Hi,
I'm an original customer from when GoalScape was an adobe AIR application you downloaded.
I paid $85 or $88 dollars in ( I'd guess ) 2012 or 2015 to be a paid in full customer.
I distinctly remember the agreement saying I'd have access to all future versions of GoalScape.
Admittedly, I went several years without using GoalScape and a few years just dabbling,
trying new downloads. Logging in online or on mobile.

Now, as I download and use GoalScape I see it is telling me I'm using a 'free' acct and that
I should upgrade to GoalScape Online Unlimited for $5.50 a month, billed annually.
That's $66 a year.
What happened to the $88 membership I paid for, lo those many years ago !?!

Please advise,
I've tried logging in with all my old emails.
Is there anything that can be done to verify my comparatively
'early adopter' paid-in-full status ?

Thank you in advance,
B.A.

    Hello B.A.

    Welcome back!

Yes: you have a perpetual license for the Goalscape Desktop standalone software. So all you need to do is to Download the Goalscape Desktop app – the Goalscape Desktop app installers are in the lower part of that page (note that as it is no longer an AIR application there are separate installers for Windows and Mac computers).

When the Goalscape Desktop app starts, you will see the Welcome screen, where you can Activate your installation by entering your Goalscape username and password, exactly as you have before (see screenshot).

From your description it appears that you are using the Goalscape Online cloud solution. Your Web Bonus (the free Online Unlimited 6-month subscription that you received with your Desktop license) expired in 2013, at which point your Online account reverted to Free User, so the relevant restrictions (1 project, 30 goals maximum) apply, so the message you are seeing in Online is correct.

If you do not wish to use the Goalscape Online app you can uninstall it to avoid confusion.

Keep achieving great goals – and stay safe

    Richard
