Hello Yves
Don't worry: all your goalscapes are still in the Goalscape Online software you used before. To access them, you need to use the Goalscape Online app; if it is not already installed on that computer you can download it here.
When Goalscape Online starts the sign-in screen will appear (see screenshot). When you sign in there, all your existing Online goalscapes will appear in your workspace (or, if Closed, will be available from the list under the Home tab).
It appears that you may have logged in to the new Goalscape Web App (https://goalscape.app). In case you missed our newsletter announcements, this is a new product that we launched last year. It is back in the browser and as well as the new UI it has some exciting new features. The two products are separate and they access different sets of goalscapes.
Your Goalscape subscription is of course fully valid for the web app as well as for Online. So you can easily 'migrate to the new world' of the web app by transferring your own existing goalscapes – see the video + instructions on our blog. Once you have uploaded them to the web app you can (re)Share them with anyone who has a Goalscape account.
If there is anything else you need to know please post again.
Enjoy the journey – more than ever!
Richard
