lost a file
Hi,
I am a new user of goalscape and very excited about the tool.
Unfortunately somehow I lost my file, that is the content of my
file. I still have the file on my desk top, but when I open it, the
file with the first steps how to use goalscape is appearing
instead. What a drag, I put quite some time into my life goals! I
hope you can help me,

Can you please send us the file. We can also do a screenshare meeting with you and try to fix it quickly. Best would be to use skype. Do you have a skype ID?

Hello mMrcus,
problem solved (for now). I restarted goalscape (not by double-click on the
desktop icon, but by opening the program first and then opening the desired
file. Then it worked, I have the right file with the right content.

Hallo Christoph,
da sind wir aber froh. Datenverlust ist nicht akzeptabel. Was das filehandling angeht hängen wir von der Adobe-Runntime ab, und die hat noch ein paar Ecken und Kanten. Sie wird jedoch auch ständig verbessert.
