can't sing in to goalscape connect
I bought goalscape yesterday and i can't sing in to "goalscape
connect" from no one of computers except for this that i bought
from him and i Receive message - "Oops - a service error

You can use
Command ⌘ instead of
Control ^ on Mac

Let's start to trace this one. Looks a bit odd. It shouldn't restrict access from one computer only. Can you think of any differences in setup between the working machine and the rest? Either hardware, all others being under a firewall or something, or software, all others running an older version of Flash Player (check it on http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/155/tn_15507.html. All machines running with the same version?) or Goalscape (can you clear cache on browsers on all machines? The application should't be affected by browser cache but just in case).
And a pretty obvious one: make sure all machines have network connection. One way of getting that error is by not having connection to Internet.
