Ich habe Lizenzen von Goalscape Desktop gekauft (order 946 und 945), aber bis jetz kein Code bekommen. Warum?

Sorry for the inconvenience - and for the delay in responding.
I have checked your account and everything went through OK. You should definitely have received a receipt for each order and confirmation of your registration details to your email address [email blocked].
The most likely cause of the missing emails (from '[email blocked]') is that they have fallen into your spam or junk mail filter.
In any case I have now reset your password and your new credentials are as follows:
username: [email blocked] password: bucholc1
Just enter those at the Welcome screen and you are off and running. I confirm that you can activate the software on up to 4 machines (2 for each purchase).

I checked junk mail filter - and I didn't found them. Could You send me them one more time?
