Sorry that you have been having trouble.
The 'Install' button on our home page can take a few seconds to activate, after which it should look like the attached screenshot. If it still says 'Loading' instead of 'Install', it may be because you do not have the latest versions of Adobe AIR 2.0 and Flash installed.
Here are the links to Adobe AIR 2.0 download page and Adobe Flash 10. Please install them, then go back to our home page and Refresh. The Install button should appear after a few seconds; if it does not, please post again and I shall contact you direct.
