Did not receive password yet (12 hours later, for 14 days trial)
I downloaded the trial version of goalscape this morning around 10.30 am. (it is now 10.30 pm). worked with it for about one gour, creted two goals with subgoals. Was very enthusiastic and going to buy it after the 14 days.
But when I reaccessed goalscape, my documents are said inaccessible. (I saved everything though?).
I realize and never receive any password to reactivate.
Would you check that for me?

You can use
Command ⌘ instead of

Sorry that you have had some trouble.
If you are on the trial version and the trial has not expired I am puzzled that you are unable to access your data. Please could you provide some more information that may help us to identify and solve your problem:
1. Whether you are on PC or Mac
2. Your operating system (and version)
3. That you can still Start Goalscape (ie the application itself opens) - you should see the Welcome screen with options to Try, Activate or Buy Now.
4. That you can see the saved (.gsp) files somewhere in your folder system (ie at the location you saved them)
5. If you can still access the Goalscape Desktop application and create new goalscapes, what is the default location offered when you first Save them?
6. If you cannot start Goalscape Desktop, what happens when you try to do so?
We may need to arrange a support call - please post your skypeid so we can do a screenshare if necessary (I have made this thread private so only you and support personnel can see it).

Everything is solved now! Reading carefully your email and listening again to the tutorial, I finally did something I had not tried before: I clicked on "Try" again... That's what I needed to do. Found my files, opened then, edited them, created another one.
So simple and obvious, yet it didn't occur to me that I would have to click 'Try' everytime I would acess it.
I have 13 more days to try Goalscape and I already love it so much it is very likely I will buy it.
I also appreciate the fact that support is responding.
