    Hi Dave

    Thanks for your interest!

We are indeed sending a copy of 'Master the Art of Sailboat Racing' to all customers who request it - unfortunately however I cannot find you on our customer database under this email address. If you registered a different email address when purchasing the software please could you confirm it here - it is the same as the username shown on your account activation email. (Note that you can make this thread private if you wish.)

    All the best

    Richard:
I'm reviewing your product and considering purchase. We are also considering migrating from PC to Mac. Does your product accommodated both platforms. Also, if we purchase a PC version and later transition to a MAC platform, do we have to re-purchase your product?

    Thanks for your response.

    Hi Dave

I am delighted to say that yes, Goalscape runs on both PC and Mac environments.

With every purchase of a desktop license you receive two activations, so you can install and run Goalscape on two different machines. Our 'free support for life' commitment not only means that you will receive updates of Goalscape Desktop whenever we roll them out, it also means that when you change your hardware in the future we will give you further activations (on application) to ensure full continuity of service.

I would be very interested to hear your feedback after trialling Goalscape. If you would like to discuss a deal for purchasing a batch of licenses for P3 corporate use please email me direct: richard[dot]parslow[at]goalscape[dot]com.

Oh and of course I look forward to welcoming you as a customer with your free 'Master the Art of Sailboat Racing' goalscape!

    All the best

    Richard
