My first goalscape project has everything on it. Is it possible to take a goal and make it into its own project? if so, can any changes made to to be reflected in the "mother ship" project?

I searched around and couldn't find an answer to these questions.

Thanks,
Richard Draper

    Hello Richard

Yes: in Goalscape Desktop you can use File > Save Selected Subgoal As to create a new project with the selected subgoal as its Main Goal. Then you can open that project, or upload it to Goalscape Connect.

Right now there is no corresponding function in Goalscape Connect, so you will need to create a new project, rename it to reflect the sub-project name, then Copy and Paste all its subgoals from the original 'mother ship' project to the new one. Repeat as required to create as many specific 'sub-projects' as you need.

    All the best!

    Richard
