    Hi Silvestre

Most browsers support a 'Presentation Mode' or 'Full Screen View'. Check the options under 'View'.

    All the best

    Hi Richard,

I use Google Chrome. I don´t see any menu in it. Shall I ask my IT people?

    Thank you.

    Hello Silvestre

Yes – it appears that you are already in 'Full Screen'. If that is the case, when you push the cursor to the top of the screen, the menu bar will appear (see screenshot here). Then you can select 'Exit Full Screen' and/or 'Enter Presentation Mode'.

If you do not see the menu bar at all, it is something to do with your local Chrome settings and you should ask your IT support people for advice.

If you cannot make Chrome work in Presentation Mode, you can try using a different browser (Mozilla Firefox has a 'Full Screen' mode, selectable under View).

    All the best

    Richard

    Richard,

We´ve realised that in Marcus video files have "show" option. I only have "download" or "copy link".

    Hello Silvestre

If you are talking about Attachments in Goalscape Connect (and Goalscape Desktop), please note that the 'Show' option only applies to attached image files (jpg or png). Attached files in other formats (pdf, docx, xlsx, etc) need to be downloaded and opened in the relevant application.

    Richard,

Marcus shows .ppt images. How does he convert them into .jpg o png? Where´s that option? Can you give me instructions for that?

    Thank you.

    Hi Richard,

I´ve found the way and it works. I had to export instead of saving.

    Request solved. Thank you.
    :-)
