Change of email
Hi Richard,
I have completely forgotten who to change my email relating to connect. I have done it in the past, but I can't remember how.

OK I sorted it.
Strangely, the email I had to use for logging in to https://www.goalscape.com/user was actaully very different (years old) to what I have been using in connect, but once I had recalled my original signup email - changing it there also changed 'connect'
So sorted.

OK now I have just confused myself, as the old email was a very old now dead subscription (probably based on my desktop purchase)
But now I have really sorted out my 'connect' email.

Hi Alan
Yes: your Goalscape account is identified by username (registered email address); and that username, with the corresponding password, is what you use to:
Sign in to Goalscape Connect: https://connect.goalscape.com/
Log in to your account on our customer database: http://www.goalscape.com/user
Activate installations of Goalscape Desktop
You may have created a different account when you purchased Goalscape Desktop under an old email address, or by registering for a Goalscape Connect trial under another email address. You can reconcile different accounts in Goalscape Connect by Sharing projects created in a new account with the username of your main (permanent) account. If you need an extension to your trial to do this, just post here.
