Goalscape Desktop
Hi,
If I purchase Goalscape Desktop and create a project on my laptop, but I want to access and work on that same project from a different computer, will I need to purchase Goalscape Desktop again for the second computer?
I'm just concerned about having full access to my project on both computers once I start it.
Thank you so much for your help,
Amanda

Hello Amanda
The Goalscape Desktop perpetual single-user license allows you to install and activate the software on 2 machines concurrently, so you can indeed transfer your goalscapes (.gsp files) between machines.
Note though that in Goalscape Desktop, attachments are implemented as links to the file's location on the hard drive of the local machine (rather than as embedded 'snapshots' of the file). So if you have attachments on any goals in a goalscape that you transfer to a different machine, you will need to transfer the attachments as well.
In the web application Goalscape Connect, attachments are uploaded to the server and are available when you access that project from a different machine.
In Goalscape Connect you can upload any Desktop goalscapes (.gsp files) using the 'up into the cloud' button at top left of the screen to work on them online. When the goalscape has attachments you will be prompted to Upload or Defer the attachments.
Enjoy the journey!
Richard
