Hey Guys,

Since I use the new goalscape version there is a bugg, when I export the data to DOCX. What acctually happens is that the order of the goals get's completley messed up.

Deeper levels of goals under different categories, suddenly end up under absolutely not related main goals in unccordinated order. Can you help me what's going wrong?

An example is attached (see the jump from 4.2 to 2.1)

Thanks for your help

    Hello Anian

That is not a bug, it is expected behavior. In exported reports, goals are always listed in clockwise order as they appear in the goal map: each level 1 subgoal is listed with its subgoals and their subgoals. This is exactly the same format that we use for the Goal List (accessed via the Highlight Sidebar).

It appears that you have applied a numbering system to your goal names that does not relate to their position in the goal map (or you may have moved them around after applying the numbering).

If I have misunderstood what is happening here (ie if your numbering system is in the same logical clockwise order, but that order is not reflected in the DOCX report), please could you send us your .gsp file so we can try the export here. If it contains any confidential information we can sign any NDA you may require. Or you can just post the exported PNG file of the goal map so we can see the numbering system you have applied.

    Enjoy the journey!

    Richard
