How can I upgrade from my free version to the desktop version?
I tried to upgrade from Free version to Desktop version but when I feel the file I have this message:
this email has already an account.
This is correct because I have the free version so how can I do if I want to use the same version?
Thank you

Hello Sidney
To purchase Goalscape:
Go to our Pricing page and select your product (in this case Goalscape Desktop)
If you are already logged in to the customer portal, that will take you straight to the Checkout page (go to step 4).
If you are not already logged in to the customer portal, you will need to click Sign in to purchase (see 1st screenshot).
That will take you to the portal login page (see 2nd screenshot). Since you already have a Free account, enter your existing Goalscape username and password, then click 'Login'.
That will take you to the Checkout page (see 3rd screenshot). Complete the information on that page, including your Billing and Payment Method Information, then click 'Purchase' to complete the transaction.
If your payment is accepted you will see the Thank You page and receive an email with your Invoice.
You will then be able to activate your Goalscape Desktop installation with your username and password.
The Goalscape Desktop license also includes a 6-month Unlimited subscription for the separate (yet compatible) web application Goalscape Online. So you can sign in there, create (or upload) an unlimited number of projects of unlimited size and share them with anyone you like – and you can even give new Free users Edit access to your projects (1 editable shared project per Free user).
If you have any other questions please post again.
Enjoy the journey!
Richard
