Hello Brian
Welcome aboard!
By far the best way to use Goalscape on multiple machines is to use the separate yet compatible web application Goalscape Online.
Your Goalscape Desktop lifetime license allows you to install and activate the software on 1 machine at a time. You can transfer the software between machines (eg when you upgrade your equipment); however activating it on a second machine will deactivate the first installation. So you can use Goalscape Desktop on both your desktop to your laptop; you will though need to reactivate it each time you use it on a different machine. Note too that if you have any attachment files these will not be transferred when you move a Desktop project (.gsp file) between machines.
Your Goalscape Desktop license includes a free 6-month Unlimited subscription to Goalscape Online, so you can sign in here and create (or upload) an unlimited number of projects of unlimited size, access them on any computer anywhere in the world (as long as it has an Internet connection) and share them with others.
In Goalscape Online you can upload your Desktop projects using the 'up into the cloud' button at the top of the screen (see screenshot).
There are more details about Goalscape Online in the attached pdf summary.
Enjoy the journey!
Richard
