How can I customize which fields are exported or not. I would like to create a report in word without e.g. Importance or neighbors. How can I create my own word template to export to?

    Hello Frank

    Thanks for your inquiry.

The report customization options are in the Report Options screen.

    • In Goalscape Desktop, click File > Report Options

    • In Goalscape Online, click Download As > Show Report Options (see screenshot)

When you select either the 'PDF' or 'DOCX' icon at the top of the Report Options screen you can choose which attributes you want to include in your report (all are selected by default) and whether to include any empty fields. You can also choose which goal levels to include (all are included by default); and, if you are using Focus View you can restrict your report to include only the goals displayed in that view.

Once you have made your selections you can click Generate Full Preview to see how many pages there will be in the final report.

The exported reports always include a Contents listing (indented text hierarchy) and the Goal Details (according to any selections made in Report Options). The format and order of display is not customizable.

    Enjoy the journey!

    Richard
