    Hello Tomas

Sorry you have been having trouble – thanks for taking the time to report it here.

DOCX and PDF reports are in portrait orientation by default. You may be able to change the orientation in your PDF reader application; otherwise you can export to DOCX, open the document in Word (or any other suitable word-processing application) and use File > Page Setup to switch to landscape orientation. Then Save As > PDF.

I can see though that there is an issue with the right margin in your report: the goal map image and goal details appear to go off the right-hand side of the page. So if the right margin setting is the cause of the problem, it may not be addressed simply by switching to landscape.

I have escalated this to the development team. To help us to investigate, please could you provide some more details:

    • Whether this issue is in Goalscape Desktop or Goalscape Online

    • The make and model of your device

    • Operating System and version (eg 'Windows 10')

    • For Goalscape Desktop, the installed versions of Goalscape Desktop and Adobe AIR (mouseover the 'Goalscape' logo at top left of the application screen); you can download the latest version of AIR here

    • For Goalscape Online:

      • Browser and version
      • Version of Adobe Flash Player installed (mouseover the 'Goalscape' logo at top left of the application screen); you can download the latest version of FP here – make sure it is enabled in your browser

Please also send us a copy of your Goalscape project (Nový_cíl_2.gsp) so that we can check it.

    All the best

    Richard

    Hi Richard,
here are requested information. Meantime I created new project (Main
    project) with the same behaviour.

    - I encoured this in Goalscape Desktop; Version 2.9.2 (build 3968.1384)
    - HP Pavilion Notebook
    - Windows 10 64bit
    - Air version: 26.0.0.127

You can check also some localization bug for Czech language, as some menu
items are still in English - like Full fill goal coloring.
In Export option there is PDF zpráva twice and in English its and tooltips
for highlight by date, responsibility and tag seem not translated to Czech
    - see attached screenshots.

    Best

    Tomas

    Hi Tomas

OK, that might explain it: you are using an old version of Goalscape Desktop.

You should have been offered an update on starting Goalscape Desktop. If you missed that, you can download and install the latest version here: http://goalscape.com/en/desktop-install/. If you have any trouble with that, please do the steps here: http://goalscape.com/en/desktop-install/.

Please post again to let us know if that works for you.

    Best

    Richard

Oops – forget that last comment: you are already on the latest version of Goalscape Desktop!

We are continuing to investigate and will post here with any news.
