Share subgoals
Would you please let me know if any solution for sharing subgoals was found?
I am director of the company and I want to have different small projects connected at one. So I need to provide access to different managers in different fields. Is it possible?
Elena

Hello Elena
Thanks for your inquiry.
Right now you can create separate projects for different teams and share them with the relevant managers and team members. For periodic reviews of the whole company you can copy & paste these sub-projects as Level 1 subgoals of a new 'master' project. You can also link between projects by using Hyperlinks in the Notes.
Note though that subsequent updates to the sub-projects will not be reflected in the versions in the master, so you will need to repeat the C&P process for each such review.
We are working on a way to create a new project from a selected goal (and its subgoals). That will leave only the selected goal in the original 'master' project, with a link to the new sub-project. Updates will only be possible in the sub-project; though overall progress in the sub-project will be reflected in the relevant subgoal in the master.
All the best
Richard
