GOAL SETTING FOR COACHEES ...

I am a life coach, and the tool I'm seeking is, GOAL SETTING PROGRAM for the clients I coach (i.e. a 'self coaching software' or a 'self coaching' program I can offer as an addition to my services.

Here is my concept:

Most people are coached by either face-to-face meetings or by telephone. These are the standard methods of coaching. However they are financially and time restrictive to coaches and their clients. The average number of clients most coaches can consider coaching in a day, is between 4-5 clients ... and being an exhausting process, the coach is under great pressure to make progress within these sessions.

By adding self and interactive coaching programs to my existing coaching services I can now match my clients budget, time and specific issues.

Each of these coaching programs would provide the client with a richer, deeper level of coaching. The clients would be guided through the programs answering the questions and completing the tasks set. The clients answers would be recorded, and held within the reports for the coach to review, and interact as and when necessary.

The client can then opt upgrade to personal 1 to 1 services as, and when they wish.

Any resources you can point me to would be highly appreciated.

    Hello Wynston

Thanks for your inquiry (sorry for the delay in responding: your message here went into our spam filter).

Yes: our web application Goalscape Online is the ideal solution for coaches working on shared projects with their clients. It uses a unique visual format to display the entire goal hierarchy, priorities and progress – with the ability to drill down to any level of detail.

Because it is a cloud solution, users can access and update their projects using any major browser on any computer anywhere in the world – and in shared projects all the participants always see the latest version. Goalscape Online provides some cool collaboration features like presence and update indicators, shared attachments and Goal Comment (per-goal IM with inline attachments and email notification options).

There are more details in the attached pdf.

Best of all, Goalscape is very easy to understand and simple to use. You can try it for yourself by registering for a Goalscape Free account: that will allow you to create 1 Online project (30 goals maximum). There is a short Intro video on our homepage, a full tutorial and infopoint videos in the software itself that explain the major functionality (as well as online Help).

Your clients can also register for a Goalscape Free account (send them this link: https://www.goalscape.com/accounts/new/free/) – or you can create new accounts for them by sharing a project with them: your contact(s) will receive an email invitation with a link to the project where they can set their password and sign in.

If you purchase an Unlimited subscription ($6.00 per month or $66.00 per year), you can create an unlimited number of projects of unlimited size and share them with others. So you can create a separate project for each client and share it privately with that person – you can even give your clients Edit access to their shared project at no cost to them.

There is also a free Goalscape Mobile companion app (for all Android and iOS phones and tablets). It syncs with Goalscape Online to display your projects and goals in an indented text hierarchy.

If you need anything else just let me know.

    Enjoy the journey!

Thanks for your informative response Richard ...

In the meantime reconstructing my site at www.wilsononyourmind.com, I'd very much like to white label my coaching business to the furthest extent I can.

In your response, you noted: "Your clients can also register for a Goalscape Free account (send them this link: https://www.goalscape.com/accounts/new/free/) – or you can create new accounts for them by sharing a project with them: your contact(s) will receive an email invitation with a link to the project where they can set their password and sign in".

With reference to the above regard, please provide me clarification for the following:

    1. Do you offer 'white labeling'? I would like to customize with my own logo and company name for consistent branding.

    2. Would I be able to use my own url ... or would I be using a sub domain (e.g. http://mysite.goalscape.com)?

    Thank kindly for your response.

    Hello Wynston

You can certainly apply your logo to projects in Goalscape Online – click the 'cog' button at top right of the screen to open Settings, then in the Logo section upload an image (png or jpg). You can choose whether to apply the logo to all your projects by default.

We do not offer a custom URL facility for Goalscape Online (except for corporate customers of Goalscape Enterprise). We may though consider offering such a service in the future.

    All the best

Thanks for your timely response Richard :)

Is there a way I can embed a logon for my website, so clients can access your software? (i.e. a widget code / source code, etc).

Your soonest response will be very helpful, as I have a major presentation next Wed on the theme: "HOW TO SET ACTIONABLE, ACHIEVABLE & MEASURABLE GOALS ... The 11 Successful Habits of People Who ALWAYS Reach Their Goals".

    Thanks!

    Hi Wynston

Sounds great! You can create a Goalscape project for 'How to Set Actionable, Achievable and Measurable Goals' and use that for the presentation itself (see Marcus Baur's brief video about Use Goalscape to Create Great Presentations).

You can even share your project publicly (check that option in the Share screen). Then on your website use a screenshot of the project, with a link to its URL.

You can also register as an affiliate. You will receive a personalized link to our website to post on your website, newsletters and emails to clients. Whenever anyone clicks your link and subsequently purchases the software you will receive a 25% commission.

    Keep achieving great goals!

    Hello Wynston

There is no widget or 'embedded logon' as such. You can though post a link to our registration page – and if you register as an affiliate you can use your personalised version of that URL so you visitors will be tagged as your customers when they purchase Goalscape.

All the best for your presentation!

    Richard
