Am I registered for Goalscape online / mobile?
Hi. I bought the Goalscape desktop from you guys last year. I understand that it comes with 6 months free trial of Goalscape online. I have recently downloaded Goalscape mobile for my iPhone and I am still able to access Goalscape online. Can you let me know if I am paying for a subscription for this service, it's actually free, there's a glitch in the system, or what...

Yes: last year (June 18, 2016) you purchased a Goalscape Desktop lifetime license, which allows you to install and activate the standalone desktop software on one machine at a time. It includes full support and free updates for ever.
Your Goalscape Desktop license also included a free 6-month Unlimited subscription for the separate yet compatible web application Goalscape Online, which allowed you to create an unlimited number of projects of unlimited size and share them with an unlimited number of others.
When your free Unlimited subscription expired your Online account reverted to Free user: this allows you to create 1 personal project (30 goals maximum) and share it with others. Any projects you created while your Unlimited subscription was valid are View only.
The free Goalscape Mobile companion app works on iPhone, iPad and all Android phones and tablets. It syncs with Goalscape Online to display your projects and goals in an indented text hierarchy.
Your current use of Goalscape Online (and Goalscape Mobile) is indeed completely free and you are not being charged any subscription. Any time you want to regain full functionality and access to all your existing Online projects, plus an unlimited number of new ones of unlimited size, you can always purchase a new Online Unlimited monthly or annual subscription on our website here.
