For businesses and teams working on shared projects the web application Goalscape Online is the ideal solution. It provides some cool collaboration features like presence and update indicators, project access level settings and Goal Comment (per-goal IM with inline attachments and email notification options). There are more details in the attached pdf.
We do a scale of discounts for multiple purchases of Goalscape Online yearly subscriptions, starting at 10% for 5 - 9 users. If you can indicate the number of user accounts you are likely to require we will email you a full proposal.
