Starting my first subgoal
Hello GscapeHelp,
I wanted to start my first sub goal, so I clicked on the sub goal button; and this caused the screento progress to — Ugrade Options Page, showing me with a Free option. (I thought I paid for a plan above this?)
My second question is— do I need to be in a higher membership to use a sub goal? The upgrade page shows when I click on the sub goal button. GS
My third question is can Gscape remote access? I would benefit/happily ay for 1:1 assist. It is very efficient for me. Even for an extra fee I would love to use this sort of service.
Cheers
Paul

Hello Paul
Good to hear from you again!
Your paid subscription to the web application Goalscape Online expired in 2014. In 2015 we gave you temporary access for free to allow you to participate in the Goalscape Mobile beta test: that expired on June 30, 2015, at which point your Goalscape Online account reverted to Free user. This means you can create 1 new project (30 goals maximum) and share it with others, completely free of charge.
All your old projects (created while your subscription was valid) are View only – for you and for anyone else with whom you shared them.
Yes: you can regain full access to all your existing projects and create an unlimited number of new ones of unlimited size by purchasing a new Online Unlimited subscription for just $6 per month or $66 per year on our website.
If you do not wish to subscribe, you can regain edit rights on one of your old projects if you Delete all the others using the functionality in the User Projects List under the Home tab. Note though that project deletion is permanent, so if you delete any projects you will not be able to retrieve them if you later purchase an Unlimited subscription.
You probably do not need a 1:1 training session. There is a full Tutorial video and Infopoint videos in the software itself (click the 'i' button at the top of the screen to see where they are, then click any blue 'i' to watch the video), as well as the Online Help (click '?').
If you have any more questions you can check out the Public discussions on our customer forum (or, for technical questions, the Known Issues page). If you cannot find the information you need you can start a new discussion (which you can make Private if you wish) – we always respond fast.
Keep enjoying the journey!
Richard
