My computer crashed and I want to get my Goalscape back but when I go to my account it says my subscription has expired. How do I get it back?

    Hello Carol

Sorry to hear about your crash – and for the delay in responding.

Your Goalscape Desktop single-user lifetime license is definitely still valid. So all you need to do is to download the latest version of Goalscape Desktop from our website here. When the application starts, accept the EULA and Activate the software by entering your username and password at the Welcome screen, exactly as you have before.

Your Desktop license also included a free 6-month Unlimited subscription for the separate yet compatible web application Goalscape Online (https://connect.goalscape.com) – that free subscription expired last May and your Online account reverted to Free user. I confirm that this expiry has no bearing on the validity of your Desktop license.

    Keep achieving great goals!

    Richard
