We are looking for a tool that we can recommend to clients for them to set and track their goal on, AND has a way for us to access their goals to see how they are doing. Does Goalscape have a manager access portal or something similar?

    Hello Mark

    Thanks for your inquiry.

Yes: in Goalscape Online you can create a customized project for any corporate client, representing their goals and priorities. Once you have agreed this project with the leadership team you can share it with anyone or everyone else in the client company.

Note that this is not a separate 'manager access portal': everyone involved can access the same shared project. Project Owners and Admins can share the project with other collaborators (even Free users), granting them Admin, Edit or View access. Admins and Editors can update any attribute on any goal and post Comments (per-goal IM with inline Attachments and email notification options).

There are more details about using Goalscape for business in the attached pdfs.

If you have not yet registered for a Goalscape Online Free user account you can do so here: http://goalscape.com/en/accounts/new/free.

As a Free user you can create 1 project (30 goals maximum) and share it with others (FOC). When you share a project with a new user they will receive an email invitation with a secure link to the project where they can set their own password and sign in.

The Unlimited subscription ($6 per month or $66 per year) allows you to create an unlimited number of projects of unlimited size and share them with others – you can even give Free users Edit access to large shared projects (1 per Free user).

If there is something else you need to know please post again.

Enjoy the journey with your clients!

    Richard
