Hi,

I am using goal scape and I am trying to insert a link, but it's not working.

Someone can help me?

Thanks,

    Hello Renato

Sorry you have been having trouble.

To create a hyperlink in the Notes field, select some text and click the 'link' button: the link popup will appear. Enter a valid URL, then press Enter or, on a Windows 10 machine, the tab key. The link popup will disappear and the link text will be colored blue and underlined (see first screenshot).

To use the hyperlink, click anywhere in the link text: you will see a new popup with the options 'Change' and 'Remove' (see second screenshot). Then click 'Change' > 'Test this link' (see third screenshot): the web page will open in a new window or tab (depending on your OS and browser settings).

Sorry if this seems laborious – for text and links in the Notes field we are constrained by the functionality available in Adobe RTF.

Note though that when you insert a valid URL in a Comment, it will appear as a hyperlink when you post the Comment – and the link will open with a single click.

    All the best!

    Richard
