Buy an account 66 € per year
I would like to buy an account but the system does not make me proceed because it says that my email already has an account.
In fact I have free account that I would like to change with unlimited paid account.
What should I do? Thank you.

Sorry you have had trouble – thanks for contacting us about this.
As you already have a Free user account, all you need to do after you click the 'Buy yearly' link on our (Pricing page)[https://goalscape.com/en/pricing/] is to click the Click here to purchase link (rather than trying to create a new account by entering your email address) – see the attached screenshot. Sorry that this is not clearer on that page.
Alternatively, you can login to your account via the portal before you go to the Pricing page – then when you click the 'Buy yearly' link on that page, you will go straight to the Checkout page for the yearly subscription.
If you still have trouble purchasing Goalscape please could you let us know the stage at which this occurred (the page you were on and what you clicked) – and if possible include screenshots to illustrate the issue.
