Duplicating Projects
Hi,
How do I duplicate a whole project?
I can copy a goal, but when I past it, it adds to the central goal rather than having it as it's own goal/project.
Also, I tried exporting/importing, when I go to export the gsp file, it only exports as 'all files' so when I go to import it, it is not showing as a gsp file to connect.
I am working from Microsoft Edge
Cheers,
Jamie

Hello Jamie
Thanks for your inquiry.
To copy a project, download it as a .gsp file using the 'down from the cloud' button at the top of the screen (see attached screenshot) and save it somewhere on your hard drive.
You may need to enforce the '.gsp' suffix on the filename in the Save window – your Windows OS may try to change it. We have never encountered the 'save all files' option you have described, so that is likely to be something to do with the way your OS is trying to deal with the Save – and a change of filename suffix is the most likely culprit.
Once you have successfully saved a .gsp file to your hard drive you can re-upload it to Goalscape Online using the 'up into the cloud' button. Note though that if you are a Free user you can have only 1 editable project, so the Upload button will be disabled. If you want to run multiple projects you will need to purchase an Unlimited subscription (if you have already done so under a different email address as username please post that here).
All the best
Richard
