Sorry you have had trouble – thanks for contacting us about this.
Goalscape Online is a web application that runs in any major browser on any Windows or Mac desktop or laptop computer. It currently requires Adobe Flash Player, so we recommend using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browsers: they both run on Windows and Mac computers – and Chrome uses its own Flash plugin, so it is always up to date.
We are aware of an issue that is affecting the iOS version of the Goalscape Mobile app and we are investigating urgently. We will post here with any news.
In the meantime, if you want to use Goalscape on your iPad, you can try using the free Puffin browser (search the App Store for 'Puffin') to access the main Goalscape Online application, with the full 'goal map' UI. Unlike standard mobile browsers, Puffin supports Flash applications, so the goal map UI works OK (although it is not perfect).
Keep achieving great goals – and stay safe.
PS Please note that the Goalscape Online Free user facility is not a 'trial' – you can continue to use your Goalscape Online Free accounts (however many email addresses you register) for free, for ever. As a Free user you can create 1 project (30 goals maximum) and share it with anyone you like (you can even give other Free users Edit acccess to your shared project). The Unlimited subscription allows you to create an unlimited number of projects of unlimited size and share them with others (you can give Free users Edit access to one project and View access to any number of additional projects).

Quick follow-up: we are aware of an issue where the iOS versionn of the Goalscape Mobile app does not open correctly on initial startup (spinning 'Progress' wheel). If that is the issue you are having please try the following:
Uninstall and reinstall the Goalscape Mobile app from the App Store
Start the app: if you still see the spinning 'Progress' wheel, switch to the Home screen, then back to the Goalscape Mobile app.
If that does not work for you, please provide more details exactly what is going wrong for you, ideally with a screenshot to illustrate the error.
All the best – and stay safe
