Hi,

Please let me know how the following:
1. How to change the registered email address?
2. How to delete the account permanently?
3. How secure is the information?

   Hello Aayush

   Welcome aboard – thanks for your inquiry.

   1. To change your Goalscape username (registered email address), simply email us from that address to tell us the email address you want to use.

   2. To delete your account permanently, email us from your registered address to request the deletion.

   3. Both Goalscape Online and our user database use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for secure server communications, so are at least as safe as any other single-screen sign-in web application (like most email clients and online filesharing facilities). Your password is also fully secured and neither it nor your projects are accessible to Goalscape Software staff.

      If you do not make your Online projects Public, nobody else will be able to see them – unless you choose to share them (privately) with your contacts (click the Share button and collaborators by entering their email addresses).

      Any files uploaded as Goal Attachments are similarly secure: they are however not encrypted – if that is an issue, you can instead upload your files to an online filesharing facility (sharing them as required), then use hyperlinks in the relevant goals in your Goalscape Online project to link to those files).
