Sharing externally and Adobe
Hi
How do I share my Goalscape internally and externally (externally to trustees as we a re a charity)
Adobe always presents issues despite changing my settings - will this issue be addressed?

Hello Simon
Welcome aboard! Thanks for your inquiry.
In Goalscape Online you can share projects of any size with anyone you like – exactly as you have already done when you shared projects with others within your organisation.
Simply click the Share button at the foot of the Online screen, then in the Share screen enter any valid email address, set the access level and click '+Add'.
You can give other Unlimited users Admin, Edit or View access to an unlimited number of shared projects of unlimited size.
You can give Free users Edit access to 1 shared project of any size, and View access to an unlimited number of additional shared projects of any size.
Any new collaborator who already has a Goalscape account under the email address entered will see the project on their Online workspace (and if they are using Online at the time they will see an on-screen message about the new Share).
Any new collaborator who does not have a Goalscape account under the email address entered will have a new Free user account created for them: they will receive an invitation email with a secure link to a page where they can set their own password and sign in.
There are more details about using Goalscape for organisational goals, and the benefits of Goalscape Online (including the project collaboration features) in the attached pdfs.
If there is anything else you need to know please post again.
Enjoy the journey – and stay safe
Richard
