Will goalscape 3.0 desktop include either Gannt charts or Eisenhower matrix or kanban capabilities?

Thanks for your inquiry (and sorry for the delay in replying – your message went into our spam filter).
Goalscape 3.0 is the new version of Goalscape Online; and the initial release will reflect the main functionality of the existing software. We may in future release a 'Goalscape Plus' upgrade that will include some of the additional business features currently available only in Goalscape Enterprise, including Gantt View, Change Tracker and Goal Variables.
We are not planning any such upgrades for the Goalscape Desktop standalone software; to make it independent of the local AIR environment we will provide our existing customers with a 'captive runtime' download for the existing version.
