Is it possible to collaborate on a project?

I think that you need to add that to your knowledge base.

    Hello Christophe

Yes, you can indeed use Goalscape to collaborate with others! In Goalscape Online just click the Share button at the foot of the screen (see first screenshot). In the popup window that appears, enter your contact's email address (carefully – ideally by C&Ping it), set their access level and click '+Add' (you can also include a short note – see second screenshot). Your contact will receive an email invitation with a secure link to the project where they can set their own password and sign in.

As a Free user you create 1 Online project (30 goals maximum) and share it with anyone you like – and you can even give them all Edit access to your project completely free of charge.

The Unlimited subscription allows you to create an unlimited number of projects of unlimited size and share them with an unlimited number of others.

There are more details about how to use Goalscape Online to collaborate with purpose in the attached pdf.

We are about to release a new version of Goalscape Online that will remove its dependence on Flash and the browser. Please watch out for the announcement...

All the best – and stay safe
