Don't show subgoals
Hi there,
I'm looking for a way to only show goals up to a certain level (for example all goals on level one and two and hide all other subgoals).
This would help to get a better overview (especially in the Gantt-view).
Thank you very much,
Larissa

Hello Larissa
Thanks for your inquiry.
In the 'goal map' view you can Collapse the outer levels (to show only the first 2 levels of subgoals, as in your example), using the down arrow on the Anchor Bar at 12 o'clock.
We are aware that the Gantt View as currently implemented in Goalscape Enterprise is not the most beautiful! Our next major update, to Goalscape 3.0 (to be released later this year) will have a new UI and we will improve the Gantt chart element. Right now there is no easy way to hide the lower levels in Gantt View (like collapsing goal levels in the goal map view), so that is certainly something we can consider.
There is a way that you can implement a 'restricted view' for yourself. You can apply Tags (eg 'L1', 'L2', etc) to all the goals you want to see, then use the Highlight Sidebar to filter your goals to show only those that match (either of) those Tags. I realise this requires some additional effort to set up; it will though show only those tagged goals in both to the goal map view and the Gantt view.
Thanks again for your suggestion: we always like to hear good ideas from our customers!
Keep achieving great goals – and stay safe
