upgrading account
i have a free account that i am trying to upgrade. when i try, i am told the email is in use. what is wrong

Sorry you have had trouble – thanks for contacting us.
From your description it seems that you are trying to Create an account, rather than logging in to your existing account. When you have selected your product on our Plans and Pricing page, on the next screen, click the 'Click here to purchase' link after 'Already have an account?' (see the attached screenshot). Then login with your Goalscape credentials and complete your purchase.
If you have any more trouble please post again, with screenshots to illustrate the issue and details of your OS and version and the browser you are using.
