Comparison of different functionalities
Hello Richard,
Is there anywhere I can find a comparison of the different functionalities between Goalscape App, Goalscape Online and Goalscape Desktop? (Like printing, exporting,...)
Best wishes to the team,
Tara

Hello Tara
Good to hear from you again! I trust that you enjoyed your Free Trial of the new web app (https://goalscape.app).
The Goalscape web app is our new cloud solution: it is back in the browser and the new codebase allows us to build lots of exciting new features, sharing facilities and integrations with other tools. As such the web app will replace the (downloaded) Goalscape Online app. Although the web app already does things that Online can't, it does not yet support all the existing Online functionality – you can find the main differences in the Known Issues page, along with an indication of their scheduling (pending or later).
Goalscape Desktop is our legacy standalone software, for use by solo users on personal challenges, or where there is no reliable internet connection. Desktop goalscapes are stored as .GSP files in the local hard drive, so there are no sharing facilities and no sync (although you can upload Desktop .gsp files to the web app or to Online). We are continuing to support Desktop and your license (purchased in 2013) is still valid, so you can download the software from our legacy download page and activate it on any supported OS.
If you purchase a new Yearly subscription you can use either the web app or Online. So you can 'migrate to the new world' of the web app whenever you like: to transfer your Online or Desktop goalscapes see the video + instructions on our Migrating goalscapes blog post.
Have a tremendous 2022!
Richard
