How to print or export chart
Hi,
I start using the free trial version, and looking for print chart or export it to Picture or other formats to use it in my documents and presentation, but I can't find any tools for that.
So, do have any tool for that
best regards

Hello Numan
Welcome to Goalscape – thanks for your enquiry.
Although part of the reason we created Goalscape's circular visual format was to escape from the strictly linear view, yes: we are building an export facility to download your goalscapes in external formats (pdf, docx, csv, xlsx, etc) – and to export the goal map image itself.
Please bear in mind though that (as well as losing the holistic view), any download is only a snapshot of the challenge at a particular point in time. If you want to share the information, just share the goalscape itself.* As one of our business customers says, 'the goalscape IS the report'.
*Right now your collaborators need to have Goalscape accounts before you can share your goalscapes with them (please ask them your contacts to register for a Free Trial as you did). We are working on a facility to Invite new users just by sharing a goalscape with them.
For more details about the coming features and an idea of our schedule ('pending' or 'later') please see the Current and Future Features page.
if there is anything else you need to know please post again.
Enjoy the journey!
Richard

Hi Dears,
I subscribed to your platform for a month to test it and face a set of
problems as follows:
1- Although I asked you in the previous email about the process of
exporting the map to a (PDF) file, but I still did not find an answer to
that, and I did not find a direct way in the program. Is there a way to
export the goals map in the form of an image or an acrobat file?
2- The process of changing the color between the main targets and
sub-targets is very annoying, when I try to change the color of a
sub-target, the program changes the color scheme of the whole chart to the
new color category. Is there a way I can change the color of the sub-target
independently without affecting the rest of the parts of the chart?
3- I downloaded and installed your software on my computer and when I try
to log in with the registered email and password it shows me the message
"You have entered an invalid username or password. Please try again."
Note: this is the same username and password that I use to access the
platform on the web. What is the problem?
Please, I want a direct response to my inquiries without having to go to
links where I cannot find answers to my questions.
Thanking you for your kind cooperation in advance.
Best Regards,
Numan

Hello Numan
Thanks for the follow-up.
Exported reports
It is not yet possible to export reports in different formats: we are however building that export facility. We hope to deliver it in the next few weeks; and we may deliver the export of the goal map image (as a png) before that. Sorry that that was not clear in my previous reply here.
It would be great if you could give us your use case – what do you want to use those exported pdfs for? Remember that (as well as losing the holistic overview and enforcing a strictly linear approach), any download is only a snapshot of the challenge at a particular point in time: as soon as you export it, it is out of date. So to share all the key information dynamically, it is far better to share the goalscape itself.
We appreciate that right now your contacts need to register for a Free Trial before you can share goalscapes with them; so we are also implementing a facility to Invite new users simply by sharing a goalscape with them.
Apply to subgoals
Yes, I understand that the 'Apply to subgoals' feature may take some getting used to. It does though follow a strict logic: once you check 'Apply to subgoals' it will apply whatever color you select (including no color) to all that goal's subgoals. You can though override that selection in individual subgoals, and apply a different color to all its subgoals as well.
Remember too that you can 'scroll back' through your color changes using the Undo button.
If I am misunderstanding the issue here, please post again to clarify what you mean by 'Is there a way I can change the color of the sub-target independently without affecting the rest of the parts of the chart?' – and a screenshot to illustrate what you want would be extremely helpful.
Software Download
The Goalscape Web App does not require any software download: you simply login via your browser.
There are some Legacy Goalscape apps (Desktop and Online): they operate off a different user database, which is why your credentials didn't work. Although we are continuing to support those apps (for existing users) we are not promoting them and we are not planning any feature updates for them.
Sorry that you could not find the information you needed (about exported reports) on our Current and Future Features page: we are planning an 'FAQ' page where you may find what you need quicker.
All the best
Richard
