GoalScape Beta
I am not sure if you have already thought of this, but it would be really good if special characters could be easily inserted into the narrative side of the GS (eg copyright symbol, registered trade mark symbol etc) and even emojis/wingdings?

Hello Jon
Thanks for taking the time to post your suggestion here.
Yes – those special characters (©, ®, ™, etc) are easily available on a Mac using modifier keys (alt+ g, alt+ r, alt+ shift+ 2, etc); on a Windows machine though you need to use the Unicode codes (alt+ [code]) or the Windows Character Map app (you can also define your own hotkey shortcuts for them).
We are keenly aware of the twin dangers of feature creep and clutter, both of which threaten Goalscape's essential clarity and ease of use. So we do not currently have any plans for adding a Character Map type menu for special characters (or emojis); we may though reconsider that once we have implemented all the most essential functionality, followed by the most-requested new features.
Keep achieving great goals!
Richard
