a few suggestions...
Dear Goalscape Team,
after initial transition problems I like to work with the new browser function. Here are a few suggestions:
- The filter function in the desktop version also always allowed a "until"(date). This function is now unfortunately missing. Tasks that were not completed in the past are now lost. It would be nice if you would introduce this. - In the desktop version, the due date was always displayed in the form of a red clock. This function was also very helpful to keep the overview.
Thanks a lot
Miguel

Hello Miguel
Glad you like the new web app – thanks very much for taking the time to post your suggestion here.
Although the 'alarm clock' icon no longer appears in goals that are not Achieved (100% Progress) by their Due date, you can already highlight such goals using selections in the Focus sidebar: select 'This quarter', and both the 'Pending' (0% Progress) and 'In Progress' options. That will highlight all your current goals that have not yet been Achieved (including those past their Due date). You can also see a list of matching goals (and export it).
At Goalscape we use a slightly different method of identifying urgent goals: we use the Tags 'Now' (maximum of 3 goals to be completed before the next review) and 'Next' (maximum of 10 goals, from which to select the next 'Now' goals). So we can easily see everything that is happening right now (and select by Responsibility to see what specific people are working on).
This 'Goalscape Method' is described in the Get Started goalscape that appears the first time you login to the new web app; and Marcus covers it in his short 'Intro and Best Practice' video here (the Goalscape Method section is from 50s on).
You are right though: it could be very useful to see 'goals past due Date and not achieved' with a single click, so we are considering implementing that facility – possibly with a button to highlight those goals alone.
We are continuing to add more new features to the web app all the time – and we can now roll out updates very fast (no new download required).
So please keep the feedback coming. We always listen to our customers, and your suggestions directly affect our development schedule – ie deciding on our 'Now' and 'Next' goals!
All the best
Richard

Hi Miguel
As you may have noticed, the latest updates to the web app include a 'Past Due' option in the Focus sidebar, so you can select that option. To exclude Achieved goals (100% progress), you can also select the 'Pending' (not started yet – 0% progress) and 'In Progress' options.
Keep the feedback coming – we will always listen!
Happy Holidays
Richard
