Hello Richard,
Just to confirm that exporting/downloading goalscapes (gsp file), creating reports (pdf, docx, xlsx, csv, etc.) and printing Goal Map (bitmap or vector image) are must-have features I use every week.

All the best,

    Hi Tara

    Thanks for the additional background.

Please could you provide more details about how you use all those weekly reports? If it is to share an update about everything that is going on (progress made, goals achieved, any issues encountered, etc), you can simply share the goalscape itself. As one of our business customers says, 'the goalscape IS the report' – anyone can check it any time and always see the latest updates, rather than relying on a weekly 'snapshot' (that does not have Goalscape's holistic overview).

Note too that with a subscription for the Goalscape Web App, you can give people View access to your goalscapes in the web app at no charge: if they register for a Free Trial, they will still be able to View any goalscapes you share with them

For more details about the coming features and an idea of our schedule ('pending' or 'later') please see the Current and Future Features page.

If there is anything else you need to know please post again.

    Keep achieving great goals!

    Hi Richard,

I use Goalscape reports in PDF and DOCX to communicate with my clients on project progress.

    Hi Tara

    Thanks for the additional background.

To share your project progress with your clients dynamically (so they always see the latest updates) you can share the goalscape itself (rather than a report at some point in time). That will also give your clients the benefit of the holistic overview too!
